AstapovLawyers International Law Group advises JMP Flowers Sp., the largest Polish flowers’ producer.

AstapovLawyers is acting as a local counsel of a Polish based JMP Flowers Sp. and advises the company on various domestic legal and regulatory matters related to establishing the business presence in Ukraine.

AstapovLawyers team advised JMP Flowers Sp. on, inter alia, establishing of the company, buying of securities, business contracts settlement, as well as due diligence of real estate properties.

JMP Flowers is a Polish company, the largest flowers’ producer in Europe. Founded in 1977. The specialized greenhouse cultivation covers the area of more than 11 ha. The range of flowers offered includes about 60 varieties of roses (5.7 ha), 40 varieties of anthurium (3.2 ha) and several dozen of pot orchid varieties (2.2 ha).
