AstapovLawyers pleased to announce that Mr. Oleh Beketov, a Counsel, who leads International Litigation Department, was nominated to become a Partner this year.

Mr. Beketov specializes in international commercial arbitration and litigation, commercial and civil litigation, white color crimes, corporate law, and foreign investments. Mr. Beketov has substantial experience in resolving corporate and post-M&A disputes before LCIA and ICC arbitral tribunals. He also has a considerable experience in resolution of construction disputes under legal framework of FIDIC contracts.

Oleh graduated from Lviv National University, School of Law, Ukraine and holds LL.M degree from the American University, Washington College of Law, Washington D.C., USA.

Oleh has over 10 years of substantial experience in doing both pre-litigation and litigation stages of outstanding debts collection.

Mr. Beketov was named among top 50 lawyers of Ukraine according to annual ranking “Choice of the Client” in 2008 published by Yuridicheskaya Gazeta (а Ukrainian national circulation legal newspaper).

Oleh is a member of Ukrainian Association of International Law, Ukrainian Bar Association and is a Co-chair of Ukrainian Chapter of New York Bar Association (NYSBA).
