On November 24, 2009 in the press center of the agency LIGABusinessInform was held International Forum of business opportunities "Innovation Economy - New Era of Business", organized by the Investment Agency Formula IQ, sponsored by the International Law Group AstapovLawyers, as well as by the communication agency SPN Ogilvy, Kiev Mohyla Business School, the company Land Rover and Kiev Golf Club.

More than 50 people attended the event, among them were representatives of the Ministry of Economy, state business authorities, business associations, investors and media. Forum participants discussed the impact of financial crisis on the Ukrainian economy and export opportunities of the country, issues of effective management of business-structures in today's economic conditions and search for foreign investors.

During the plenary meeting of the Forum Mr. Oleg Malskyy, Partner of AstapovLawyers, spoke on "Legal aspects of Ukrainian business with the influence of financial economic crisis. "
