Once again, AstapovLawyers successfully represented in court its Client, Razgulay group of companies, a leading Russian grain trader, by lifting attachment on cash assets levied by order of a New-York court in the procedure known as the "Rule B attachment". This interim relief was ordered by the New-York court in response to the motion of Logistica Holding Ltd.

The mentioned Rule B is a powerful legal instrument allowing to attach property and US$ electronic funds transfers processed by the US banking system, specifically by New-York banks which regularly service US$ multimillion transactions of the thousands of banks worldwide.
