Managing Partner, Mr. Andrey Astapov who is also leading the Firms' Oil and Gas Practice was invited to speak at the annual Atyrau Legal Conference held in Atyrau by Kazakhstan Petroleum Lawyers' Association together with oil company Tengizchevroil.

The Conference is being held for the 7th year and attracts the leading practitioners and in-house lawyers in the field of oil and gas exploration, transportation and production. As a matter of tradition the Conference is being held in Atyrau, the oil capital of Kazakhstan.

The presentation of Mr. Andrey Astapov was entitled "Distinctive Features of the Dispute Resolution Mechanism under the Energy Charter Treaty".
