AstapovLawyers Take Part in Stockholm Conference on Arbitration

On 4-5 September 2008, our Firm's Managing Partner Andrey Y. Astapov and Senior Associate Yulia Chernykh attended a Conference entitled `Public Policy in International Arbitration` organized by the Swedish Arbitration Association (Stockholm, Sweden).

The Conference brought together leading practitioners of international commercial arbitration. International arbitrators, scholars and lawyers practicing in this wide area gathered to discuss issues relating to the growing importance of public policy in international arbitration.

In the course of the Conference valuable contacts were established between AstapovLawyers and Swedish, German and Russian Law Firms.
