Mr Bohdan Rybak is a Senior Consultant, leading AstapovLawyers FINANCE. Bohdan provides advice on various finance and management related aspects of the international finance, complex business restructuring, investment, and borrowing projects.
The most recent Ukraine-based projects handled by Mr. Rybak include advising a leading manufacturer of paints, varnishes and lacquers on the matters of business management and administration improvement; assisting an international foodstuffs producer and supplier in the loan portfolio improvement and financial risks reduction; advising a major producer and supplier of electrical products on the matters of functional and financial structure improvement.
For several years, Bohdan Rybak has represented clients before international financial companies and funds, with a major focus on the matters of project finance. In addition, his practice covers various aspects of investment projects including consulting and evaluation of business development prospects.
Previous experience of Mr. Rybak includes energetic participation in the EC-TACIS Programme Support to Small and Medium-sized Business through Corporate Restructuring, five years in project administration (over 50 loan financing projects of the IBRD, EBRD), and participation in Export and Import Finance, a project finance programme of OET Goldex GmbH (Germany).
Bohdan graduated from the Kyiv State Economic University and underwent a training course in economics at the Institute for Economic Development of the World Bank and State Property Fund of Ukraine. |
