Victoria Ishchenko is an Associate of AstapovLawyers’ International Arbitration and Litigation Practice. She holds a master’s law degree summa cum laude from the Odessa National Law Academy.
Victoria undertakes a broad range of shipping work, acting for owners, charterers, managers and P&I Clubs. She has experience in handling wet and dry shipping matters that involve all aspects of personal injury disputes as well as charterparty and bill of lading cases.
Since her joining AstapovLawyers, Victoria has been engaged in a number of matters related to shipping and offshore transactions, including financing, construction, leasing, sale and purchase, and ship registration. |
