Dr Ljubomir Mudrić is a Partner of AstapovLawyers and coordinates firm’s advising efforts in the areas of restructuring, strategic management, international capital market access, investments, M&A and corporate governance. Dr Ljubomir Mudrić also contributes his experience across a wide range of practices and practice groups including corporate and M&A, corporate governance, international finance and banking.
Dr Ljubomir Mudrić has more than 20 years of experience managing and advising multinational companies, has left his role as the President and Chairman of the Board of the Allseeds Group, as the company merged with the Kernel Group, and subsequently ceased to exist. Headed by Dr Ljubomir Mudrić, Allseeds Group, a leading producer and exporter of vegetable oils, had a 10%-13% share in the world oil export market, and supplied 17% of the total imports of crude sunflower oil in the EU. In 2009, the company became one of the Top 5 Ukrainian exporters, and in 2008-2009, it was ranked No. 1 world sunflower oil trader. According to the Deloitte's rating, in 2009 Allseeds Group was included in the list of Top 500 companies of Central and Eastern Europe.
Dr Mudrić is also well regarded as one of the best top executives and leading expert in the agricultural sector of Ukraine and the CIS. Previously, Dr Mudrić held senior positions in international companies in various industries, including high tech, construction, industrial and agricultural sectors, acted as an official adviser to a number of governmental agencies. Ljubomir Mudrić has a widely established reputation as a successful manager and unquestionable expert in accessing international capital markets, corporate governance, business restructuring, foreign trade activities.
Dr Mudrić is a graduate of the National Taras Shevchenko University (Department of International Relations and International Law) and holds a PhD Degree awarded by the Supreme Attestation Commission in Moscow, Russia. Ljubomir also holds a master degree in Economics/International Economic Relations from the Kiev State University, Kiev, Ukraine.
Dr Mudrić was a Chairman of the Yugoslavian-Ukrainian Association for Economic Co-Operation (Belgrade, Serbia) and now is a Representative in Serbia and Montenegro of the Ukrainian League of Indusrialists and Entrepreneurs (ULIE).
Dr Mudrić is well-known for his Corporate Governance, Management, Foreign Economic Activity, and Export Trade lectures at various business courses and universities. |
