Mr Volodymyr Yakubovskyy is a Senior Associate of M&A, Corporate and Antitrust department of AstapovLawyers and also coordinates energy and oil&gas practice.
Mr Yakubovskyy holds LL.M. degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from University of Cambridge, UK and LL.M. degree in American and International Business Law from Boston University School of Law, USA. In 2009 Volodymyr was also a participant of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, USA. Mr Yakubovskyy obtained his first degree in law from Lviv National University, Ukraine.
Prior to joining AstapovLawyers Mr Yakubovskyy practiced for several years as an associate in Corporate and M&A Department of Magisters Law Firm, one of the leading law firms in Ukraine. Volodymyr has an in-depth experience in the field of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets & securities, energy law, international trade and labour law. Mr Yakubovskyy has a substantial experience in representing leading national market players, foreign and CIS based blue-chips in various corporate and M&A matters including in such industry sectors as: retail, telecommunications, real estate, agriculture, oil&gas, pharmaceutical and insurance/financial industry. |
