Ivan Lishchyna is a Senior Associate of AstapovLawyers. He is a part of the team of lawyers in dispute resolution, international arbitration and litigation. He also coordinates Firm’s Constitutional & Human Rights Law practice. Mr Lishchyna holds law degree from Yaroslav Mudryy National Law Academy of Ukraine.

Prior to joining AstapovLawyers Mr Lishchyna practiced for several years international arbitration and litigation law as an attorney in Kyiv-based law firms. Ivan Lishchyna also worked for the European Court of Human Rights Registry as a case-lawyer for six years.

Mr Lishchyna specialises in international dispute resolution, representing clients’ interests before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and also in advising on international commercial, corporate and investment transactions.
