Oksana Kneychuk is a Partner at AstapovLawyers International Law Group and leads International Restructuring, Insolvency and International Tax Planning Department.
Oksana joined AstapovLawyers in June 2004 and has grown from Junior Associate to Partner having a strong reputation of one of the most prominent, industrious and business oriented associates at the Firm. Oksana specialises in International Restructuring, Insolvency and International Tax Planning, but she also has an enviable track record in international private law, corporate law, M&A, and labour law.
Ms Kneychuk is a member of Ukrainian Bar Association, European Business Association, and American Chamber of Commerce.
