Andrey Astapov is Managing Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution Practice at AstapovLawyers. Andrey graduated from University of Mississippi (USA), University of Nottingham (UK) and Zaporizhzhya National University (Ukraine).

Andrey specialises in international arbitration, international litigation, international commercial law, investments, international trade, emissions trading, energy, oil & gas and mineral resources law. He has represented numerous clients in a wide range of antitrust and antidumping issues, provided legal opinions on matters of Ukrainian foreign and international law, and represented clients in international arbitration forums: International Court of Arbitration at ICC (Paris), GAFTA, FOSFA, LCIA, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the CCI of Ukraine, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation etc.
